ACCA is a non-profit association serving more than 60,000 professionals and 4,000 businesses in the HVACR community, working together to promote professional contracting, energy efficiency, and healthy, comfortable indoor environments. Our roots stretch back to the early part of the 20th century, and the organization was incorporated in its present form over 40 years ago.
The mission of ACCA-FL is to promote quality and professionalism, to help our members become more profitable, and to enhance the HVAC/R industry's image to the consumer. ACCA-FL is the only authorized state chapter affiliate of ACCA, and is a not-for-profit trade association established to be a beneficial resource for Florida contractors who represent the air conditioning, heating, ventilating and refridgeration industries.
ACCA MI Southeast is a group of residential and commercial service, replacement, and new installation contractors spread throughout southeast Michigan (greater metro Detroit). We also have associate members including insurance and HVAC suppliers. Our goal is to be the complete source for HVAC information for the media and customers in southeast Michigan -- with the most qualified and trusted HVAC member contractors.
AHRI – Ensuring human comfort, productivity, and safety, while practicing environmental stewardship is the mission of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Our 300 member companies produce more than 90 percent of the residential and commercial air conditioning, heating, water heating, and commercial refrigeration equipment made in North America. Through our certification program, standards, advocacy, and other activities, we strive to help save energy, improve productivity, and ensure a better environment.
