What is the TradesELITE Loyalty Program?
TradesELITE members earn points with every order with the new TradesELITE Loyalty Program. Just place an order and watch your points grow. Redeem points in the Rewards dashboard for marketing services with VoltEdge Marketing, the agency that redeems your points for company bonuses like logos, presentations, website items, and more.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned with every order placed with Jackson Systems. Each dollar spent earns you one rewards point. Once an order hits “Completed,” rewards points are immediately added to your account and can be used right away. Make sure to check your inbox for bonus point promotions throughout the year.
Points are earned at the company level, so everyone on your team helps the business earn rewards faster.
What are my loyalty points good for?
Loyalty points can be redeemed for electronic gift certificates, services, and goods from:
- VoltEdge Marketing for marketing and creative services
- stAMPed (Coming Soon!) for promotional merchandise branded for your company
When do I get my points?
Points are credited to your company’s account as soon as your order hits “Completed” in the dashboard. Once your order is shipped and paid, the rewards are yours.
Do my points expire?
TradesELITE Loyalty Program points expire 12 months after they’re first received. Once a reward is redeemed, it expires 12 months from the redemption date.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log into your TradesELITE account and navigate to the Rewards section on the left. If you have enough points to redeem, different redemption levels will be activated for you to use your points toward.
Once you select one and confirm redemption, you will be notified by email and someone from VoltEdge Marketing or stAMPed will reach out to you with next steps.
Who can redeem points?
Since your TradesELITE account is connected to everyone in the same company, any user with access to the company account can view and redeem points. A transaction log of points redeemed and re-credited can be found at the bottom of the Rewards page in your account.
Remember, points are earned at the company level and are visible to your employees with a company TradesELITE account.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your currently held points can be viewed in your TradesELITE account in the Rewards section. Navigate to the links on the left and choose “Rewards.” All points are credited to your company account as soon as any order hits “Completed” at a rate of 1 point per $1. Any redemptions made can be viewed at the bottom of this page, which also shows the username of who made the redemption.
Do my loyalty program points have any cash value?
No, points do not hold a cash value. They can only be redeemed for services and items through VoltEdge Marketing or stAMPed.
