Points are earned with every order placed with Jackson Systems. Each dollar spent earns you one rewards point. Once an order hits “Completed”, rewards points are immediately added to your account and can be used right away. Make sure to check your inbox for bonus point promotions throughout the year!
Points are earned at the company level, so everyone on your team helps the business earn rewards faster.
Loyalty points can be redeemed for electronic gift certificates, services, and goods from:
- VoltEdge Marketing for marketing and creative services
- stAMPed (Coming Soon!) for promotional merchandise branded for your company
Points are credited to your company’s account as soon as your order hits “Completed” in the dashboard! Aka – Once your order is shipped and paid, the Rewards are all yours!
To redeem your points, simply log into your TradesELITE account and navigate to the Rewards section on the left. If you have enough points to redeem, different redemption levels will be activated for you to use your points towards.
Once you select one and confirm redemption, you will be notified by email and someone from VoltEdge Marketing or stAMPed will reach out to you with next steps.
Since your TradesELITE account is connected to everyone in the same company, any user with access to the company account can view and redeem points. A transaction log of points redeemed and re-credited can be found at the bottom of the Rewards page in your account.
Remember, points are earned at the company-level and are visible to your employees with a company TradesELITE account.
Your currently held points can be viewed in your TradesELITE account in the Rewards section. Simply navigate to the links on the left and choose “Rewards”. All points are credited to your Company account as soon as any order hits “Completed” at a rate of 1 point per $1. Any redemptions made can be viewed at the bottom of this page, which also shows the username of who made the redemption.
No, points do not hold a cash value, but they can only be redeemed for services and items through VoltEdge Marketing or stAMPed.
