Description
The AERCO 89025 2 is a condensate neutralizer kit designed for use with high efficiency AERCO boilers and water heaters. Condensing equipment produces acidic condensate as a byproduct of combustion, and this kit helps neutralize the acidity before the condensate is discharged into drains or sewer systems, reducing the risk of corrosion to piping and drainage infrastructure. The kit includes a 2 liter neutralizer capsule filled with neutralization media, hose barbs, tubing, clamps, and mounting hardware for easy installation. Each 89025 2 kit is suitable for appliances with up to about 1,000,000 BTU/hr input capacity, and multiple kits can be used in series for larger systems. Installation can be horizontal or vertical according to system layout.
