The Belimo EP050+AKRX-E is a factory-assembled combination of a 1/2″ Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve (PICCV) body and a fail-safe rotary actuator, designed to deliver precise, pressure-independent flow control in hydronic heating and cooling systems. By integrating differential pressure regulation and flow characterization into a single compact valve assembly, this unit eliminates the need for separate balancing valves and simplifies system commissioning.
