Description
The Lennox 36W77 is a factory-specified 2 Stage Pressure Switch designed as a direct OEM replacement for compatible Lennox heating systems. Pressure switches are a critical safety component in gas furnaces, verifying that the inducer motor has established proper draft before allowing ignition to proceed — helping to prevent unsafe combustion conditions and protecting both equipment and occupants.
This two-stage design supports multi-stage furnace operation, allowing the switch to monitor and confirm correct pressure conditions during both low-fire (first stage) and high-fire (second stage) operation. By using a genuine Lennox replacement part, technicians can ensure proper calibration and reliable performance that aftermarket alternatives may not match.
