Description
The Amana-Goodman 10123539SP is a genuine OEM manual reset limit switch designed for Goodman, Amana, and Janitrol central heating and cooling systems. As a furnace safety component, the limit switch monitors the heat surrounding the burners; if the inducer fan motor cannot draw enough air through the burners, or if the furnace is not venting properly, the switch opens to halt the ignition sequence and prevent the furnace from continuing to heat.
