Description
The MSR-50RM/W is a remote-control assembly designed for use with Air Products and Controls duct smoke detectors, providing the range of indicator and control functionality required by commercial applications. Housed in a white single gang Decora-style control assembly, the MSR-50RM model features a hidden magnet-operated test switch along with a pushbutton reset function. The assembly delivers tri-color visual indication of detector Pilot, Trouble, and Alarm conditions, and includes a lever-operated quick-connect “No-Tools” four-position terminal block for simplified wiring. A port is available for plugging in an optional strobe assembly, with blue “SMOKE” and red “FIRE” strobe lens decals included for both horizontal and vertical mounting configurations. The MSR-50RM/W is designed and manufactured in the USA and backed by a 3-year warranty. Note: the strobe and audible buzzer features are not ADA compliant and are not intended for life safety notification or evacuation purposes (public mode) — these functions are intended for duct smoke detector status indication only (private mode).
