Description
The ASCO K3A772V is a 1 1/4 inch, 2 way normally closed solenoid gas shut off valve designed for commercial and industrial combustion systems. It operates on 120 V AC and is engineered to control the flow of natural or LP gas with reliable on/off action. Its normally closed configuration ensures that gas flow stops automatically if power is removed, making it suitable for safety shut off on burners, boilers, furnaces, and HVAC combustion equipment. The valve body is made from rugged die cast aluminum and features upstream and downstream pressure test ports (1/8 inch NPT) for routine maintenance and safety verification. Typical maximum operating pressure is about 1.5 psi and heat capacity is approximately 1,028,000 BTU/hr, suitable for medium pressure fuel systems.
