Description
The iO HVAC Controls Zone One D-Z1-XX is a round, two-position, stand-alone control damper designed to solve over-heating and over-cooling problems in individual rooms or zones. It can be used to control a single room, or with multiple dampers installed, to zone multiple rooms independently. The damper wires directly to a thermostat located in the room or area experiencing temperature issues, and a duct temperature sensor mounted on the damper allows it to open or close automatically to help maintain setpoint based on duct air temperature. The Zone One damper features pre-wired controls and requires no separate control panel, simplifying installation. Additional features include auto changeover, minimum position adjustment, and an LED status indicator for at-a-glance operational status. The round damper is constructed with a 24-gauge steel spiral shell, aluminum shaft, nylon bushings, and blade seals, and is available in sizes from 6″ to 22″. Backed by a 5-year warranty. Note: UT32 thermostat sold separately.
