Description
The Fireye 95UVS4-1WINC is a microprocessor-based ultraviolet (UV) flame scanner from the InSight Series 4, engineered for precise and reliable flame detection in industrial burner management and combustion control applications. By integrating flame detection, amplification, and safety relay logic into a single compact unit, it eliminates the need for external flame amplifiers — simplifying installation and reducing system complexity.
Using solid-state UV sensing technology, the 95UVS4-1WINC accurately detects flame presence while actively discriminating between true flame signals and background radiation. Electronic self-checking removes the need for a mechanical shutter, improving reliability and reducing maintenance. Adjustable flame relay ON/OFF thresholds and selectable modulation frequencies allow the scanner to be optimized for a wide range of fuels and firing conditions.
A built-in two-line display with keypad provides on-site configuration, diagnostics, and real-time monitoring without additional tools or software. Dual 4–20 mA analog outputs deliver continuous signal feedback for seamless integration into building automation and burner management systems. Housed in a rugged NEMA-rated enclosure, this scanner is well-suited for boilers, furnaces, and process heating systems where safety and operational reliability are paramount.
