The Fresh-Aire UV TUV-APCO-ER2 is an 18-32 VAC air purifier containing the award-winning air cleaning technology that combines the power of UV-C light with (6) activated carbon cells. APCO neutralizes odors and toxic VOCs, and sterilizes microbial contaminants in the air and air system.
The TUV-APCO-ER2 comes with a 2-year UV lamp that contains a unique combination of UV-C light and activated carbon which achieves unmatched microbial and odor reduction (without producing any harmful ozone). This technology is particularly effective at reducing odor-causing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which include toxic chemical vapors like formaldehyde and toluene.
