The iO HVAC Controls UT32-VK Ventilation Kit is a low-cost combination of the Titan thermostat and a supply air ventilation control damper, designed to meet code requirements in both single-family and multifamily new construction applications. This universal control meets ASHRAE Standard 62.2 and allows a fresh air damper to be wired directly to the thermostat, eliminating the need for an additional control panel. The kit includes the Titan thermostat, a 20VA transformer, and a damper in the selected size, providing complete ventilation control coverage for 1,500–4,000 sq. ft. with an adjustable ventilation schedule of 1–60 minutes and a CFM range of 40–150. The system operates on 24VAC power, with the damper requiring a 24VAC, 10VA, power open/spring close actuator.
