Description
The Johnson Controls V-6135-1 is a three way pneumatic air switching valve engineered for reliable signal-driven port control in commercial HVAC pneumatic control systems. Designed for straightforward integration into existing pneumatic circuits, this valve delivers precise switchover performance at a control signal pressure between 2 and 4 Psig.
How It Works
The V-6135-1 operates on a simple yet effective two-state switching principle. In the de-energized (no control signal) state, the upper port is closed and the lower port remains open. When a control signal is applied within the 2–4 Psig switchover range, the upper port opens and the lower port closes — enabling accurate pneumatic circuit routing without the need for complex electronic controls.
