The Lux TX9600TS is a 7-day programmable touchscreen thermostat offering universal compatibility with conventional heating and cooling systems, heat pumps, hydronic zone valve systems, and gas millivolt heaters. Featuring a large, backlit touchscreen display, the TX9600TS makes it easy to view current temperatures and program schedules at a glance — no squinting at tiny screens or navigating complicated menus.
The built-in Speed Slide® interface simplifies programming, letting you set up to 2 or 4 comfort periods per day depending on your preference. An energy use monitor helps track consumption, while selectable smart recovery ensures your home reaches the target temperature right when you need it. The TX9600TS also doubles as a non-programmable thermostat for users who prefer simple manual control, with temporary override and manual hold options built in.
Dual powered by 2 AA alkaline batteries, the TX9600TS doesn’t require a C-wire, making installation straightforward in virtually any home. An air filter monitor reminds you when it’s time for a replacement, and the programmable keyboard lock prevents unwanted changes. An optional wall plate is available for a clean, finished look.
