Built on the proven 44-415A design platform, this trap combines a float mechanism for continuous condensate discharge with a thermostatic air vent to purge non-condensable gases — ensuring maximum system efficiency and heat transfer performance.
How It Works
The float element responds instantly to condensate levels, opening the discharge valve as liquid accumulates and closing it to prevent live steam loss. The integral thermostatic element automatically vents air and CO₂ at startup and during operation, eliminating air binding and promoting faster system warm-up.
