Application & Installation
This pressure switch is designed as a safety interlock in the furnace control sequence. It connects via a rubber hose to the inducer housing or collector box pressure port. During normal operation, the inducer motor creates the negative pressure required to close (or open) the switch contacts and allow the control board to proceed with ignition.
