Description
Nu-Calgon EasySeal Ultimate SS (4050-05) is a one-time-use, direct-inject refrigerant leak sealant designed for small systems up to 2 tons, including split systems, heat pumps, microchannel coils, packaged units, and mini-splits. The sealant uses Rapid Fusion Technology to permanently seal leaks without requiring an injection hose, caulk gun, or system pump-down — the unit connects directly to the suction service port with a one-way check valve to prevent refrigerant backflow. EasySeal Ultimate is OEM approved not to clog manifold gauges and is proven not to plug TXVs, cap tubes, or pistons, making it compatible with a wide range of metering device types. It works with all refrigerant types and travels with the system’s refrigerant to reach leaks quickly. Installation is straightforward: connect the injector to the low side service port with the system running, purge air from the manifold hose, then allow the sealant to equalize to suction pressure before disconnecting. Not recommended for systems holding less than 10 oz. of refrigerant. Made in the USA.
