The Supco L125 is a precision-engineered snap disc auto reset limit switch designed to provide reliable over-temperature protection in a wide range of HVAC, appliance, and heating applications. With a fixed 115°F cut-in temperature and a fixed 125°F cut-out temperature, this switch responds quickly and consistently to temperature changes, helping to safeguard equipment from thermal damage.
How It Works
The L125 utilizes a snap disc bimetal element that responds rapidly to heat. When the sensed temperature rises to the 125°F cut-out set point, the switch opens the circuit (open on rise action), interrupting power to the protected component. Once temperatures fall back to the 115°F cut-in set point, the disc snaps back and automatically resets the circuit — no manual intervention required.
