With a fixed cut-out temperature of 170°F and a fixed cut-in temperature of 130°F, this switch provides precise, reliable thermal protection by interrupting the circuit when temperatures exceed safe operating thresholds.
Featuring an open-on-rise switch action, the SLS170 opens the circuit as temperatures climb beyond the cut-out setpoint, effectively shutting down the burner to prevent heat damage or fire hazards. The auto reset function automatically restores the circuit once temperatures fall back to the cut-in setpoint, minimizing system downtime and service calls.
