How It Works
The CNT09321 is a thermal cutout device mounted near the burner assembly. Under normal operating conditions, the control remains closed, allowing the heating system to run. If flame rollout occurs and temperatures at the sensor location reach the 240°F trip point, the control opens the circuit, cutting power to the gas valve and stopping combustion.
