Weil McLain 511-624-520 1.4″wc SPST Dual 1/4″ Barb Pressure Switch

Description

The Weil McLain 511-624-520 is a precision-engineered pressure switch designed as a direct OEM replacement for Weil McLain boiler systems. Featuring a 1.4″ water column (“wc) set point and single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switching action, this switch monitors system pressure and provides reliable safety shutoff to protect your boiler from operating outside safe pressure parameters.

Key Features

• 1.4″ w.c. (water column) factory-calibrated set point for accurate pressure sensing
• SPST (Single-Pole, Single-Throw) switching action for straightforward circuit integration
• Dual 1/4″ barb connections for easy hose attachment and secure pneumatic hookup
• OEM-quality construction engineered to Weil McLain specifications
• Designed for use in Weil McLain boiler and hydronic heating applications
• Provides critical safety protection by detecting abnormal pressure conditions

Application

This pressure switch is a direct OEM replacement part for compatible Weil McLain boiler models. It is typically installed in the venting or combustion air proving circuit, ensuring the inducer blower or draft system is operating correctly before allowing burner ignition. The dual 1/4″ barb ports allow for simple connection to rubber or silicone sensing hoses, while the SPST contact configuration integrates cleanly into standard boiler control wiring.
