Description

York S1-024-35268-000 SPNO Close On Fall Pressure Switch

The York S1-024-35268-000 is an OEM replacement pressure switch engineered for use in York HVAC systems. Configured as a Single Pole Normally Open (SPNO) switch, this control closes its contacts upon a pressure fall, making it a critical safety and operational component in furnaces and air handling equipment. With setpoints of .70 and 1.25, this switch accurately monitors system pressure to ensure proper equipment operation and protect against unsafe conditions.

Key Features

• OEM York replacement part — ensures proper fit and performance
• Single Pole Normally Open (SPNO) configuration
• Close-on-fall action — contacts close when pressure drops to the lower setpoint
• Pressure setpoints: .70 / 1.25
• Designed for use in York furnaces and HVAC air handling systems
• Provides reliable pressure monitoring for safe system operation
• Helps protect equipment from improper draft or inducer conditions

Application

This pressure switch is commonly used as a draft proving or inducer pressure switch in York heating systems. The close-on-fall design ensures that the system control circuit is completed only when the monitored pressure drops to the correct operating level, providing an important layer of protection against unsafe combustion or airflow conditions.
