Description
The 101934F32 is a 32-inch 750 millivolt thermopile power generator used in gas-fired heating equipment. It generates millivolt electrical output from a pilot flame, which is used to power gas valve controls and safety relays in “self-powered” millivolt combustion systems. It features armored or fiberglass leads with spade-clip terminals for easy connection to the pilot system and is commonly used with PG9-style pilot burners and certain screw-in pilot assemblies. This type of generator is installed in the pilot flame where heat causes it to produce the necessary low-voltage signal to allow gas valves to operate correctly.
Key Features
- Valve is 2-way normally closed to stop gas flow when not energized — ideal for safety shut-off in combustion systems.
- Direct-acting with direct lift and soft seating for tight shut-off and reliable sealing.
- Operates on 110/120 V AC at ~6.1 W for standard industrial control circuits.
- 3/8" female NPT inlet and outlet for threaded piping connections.
- Flow coefficient (Cv) approximately 1.2 for appropriate fuel-gas flow capacity.
- Rated for fuel gas service with differential pressure up to about 15 psi.
- Includes a downstream 1/8" NPT test port with plug for routine pressure and leakage testing.
- Aluminum body with NBR seals and stainless steel internal parts for durability.
- Wide ambient temperature range (approximately −40 °F to 175 °F) for indoor or outdoor applications.
