Description

The Supco SLP1535 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) low pressure switch engineered for use in R410A refrigerant systems. Designed to open on a pressure drop, this switch provides dependable low-side pressure protection by cutting out at 15 PSI and cutting back in at 35 PSI, helping safeguard compressors and refrigeration circuits from damage caused by low refrigerant charge or loss of suction pressure.

Key Features
  • Cut-Out (Open) Pressure: 15 PSI
  • Cut-In (Close) Pressure: 35 PSI
  • Switch Action: Opens on pressure drop (SPST — Normally Closed)
  • Refrigerant Compatibility: R410A
  • Switch Type: Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST)
Application

The SLP1535 is ideal for residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems using R410A refrigerant. It monitors suction-side pressure and interrupts the control circuit when pressure falls below the cut-out threshold, preventing compressor operation under unsafe low-pressure conditions. When system pressure recovers to the cut-in set point, the switch automatically resets and allows normal operation to resume.

Why Choose Supco?

Supco is a trusted name in HVAC/R replacement components, known for producing precision-engineered pressure controls that meet the demands of professional technicians. The SLP1535 is a reliable, drop-in solution for protecting R410A systems against low-pressure faults.
