Description

The ICM2812-KIT is a microprocessor-based hot-surface-ignition (HSI) control that takes over ignition and blower sequencing while watching the key safety circuits. This kit includes adapter harnesses so it can replace the White-Rodgers 50M56U-843 and well over a hundred other part numbers without splicing.

Key Features

Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) Control Board

Lights the burners with an electric ceramic ignitor instead of a standing pilot for faster, cleaner starts.

Microprocessor-Based

A built-in controller keeps ignition, blower delays, and retries precisely timed for consistent operation.

Monitors Timing, Trials, Safeties, and Flame

Continuously checks pressure/limit/rollout switches and proves flame, stopping the sequence if anything is unsafe.

100% Lockout Safety

After failed ignition attempts, it shuts the gas off and requires a reset so unburned fuel can’t accumulate.

LP or Natural-Gas Compatible

Works with either fuel when the furnace is properly jetted/converted at the gas valve.

LED Status and Fault Codes

Onboard lights show operating status and flash specific error codes to speed troubleshooting.
