The B1370198 is a factory OEM auto / primary limit switch used in various Goodman, Amana, and Janitrol furnaces to monitor and regulate internal temperatures. It is often specified as an L150‑30 (150 °F open) switch with an automatic reset function over the 120‑150 °F range. When furnace temperature rises past the preset threshold, the B1370198 opens the circuit to prevent overheating; once the temperature falls, it automatically resets to resume normal operation.
