Description
The ASCO 8266D1L is a direct-acting, 2-way normally closed solenoid valve engineered specifically for fuel oil shutoff applications in commercial and industrial HVAC and burner systems. Built with a brass body and stainless steel internal components, this valve delivers reliable, leak-tight shutoff across a wide range of heavy fuel oil viscosities — from light #2 distillate oils to highly viscous heated #6 residual oils.
With a 3/8″ NPT connection, 120VAC coil, and a .34 Cv flow coefficient, the 8266D1L is ideally suited for oil burner fuel trains, boiler fuel supply lines, and other fuel oil control applications where positive shutoff is critical.
