The ASCO AH4E112A4 is a three‑position electrohydraulic hydramotor actuator designed to automate gas valve control (typically on V710 series gas valve bodies) in industrial and commercial combustion systems. It provides “Low‑Fire,” “High‑Fire,” and “Off” positioning with repeatable performance and precise gas metering. When power is applied, the actuator shaft moves to the low‑fire position and, after an external switch closes, continues to the high‑fire position. Opening the switch moves it back to low fire, and loss of power causes the actuator to spring‑return to full closed in one second or less from any point of travel. This makes it ideal for burner control in boilers, furnaces, ovens, and other industrial burners where high‑/low‑fire modulation or two‑position control is required. The unit is built in a watertight enclosure, suitable for wash‑down, outdoor, or harsh environments.
