Description
The C664BBA Intermittent Pilot Ignition Control is a safety control designed for indirect burner ignition and supervision, for use with all gases and applicable to gas-fired appliances. The C664BBA is a microprocessor based ignition control. The microprocessor provides reliable software control of all timings and operates a diagnostic Light-Emitting Diode (LED). It provides ignition sequence, flame monitoring, and safety shutoff for intermittent pilot boilers, furnaces and other heating appliances.
Features:
- Optimized Purge & Ignition Timing: The C664BBA-1C features a 4-second pre-purge cycle to clear residual gas safely, followed by an 8-second “trial for ignition” window to reliably establish the pilot flame.
- 24-Volt Compatibility: Designed for 24 VAC systems for seamless integration into standard HVAC and commercial-gas-burner installations.
- Microprocessor-Driven Precision: Microprocessor-based control ensures accurate timing sequences, consistent flame sensing, and built-in diagnostics via LED status indicators (on applicable models).
- Reliable Safety Performance: The module supports flame-sense supervision, safe shut-off on flame failure, and is UL recognized for use with natural, LP and manufactured gases.
- Broad Replacement / Compatibility: The C664BBA-1C is a drop-in replacement for many BG1600M10-series ignition controls and compatible with numerous OEM systems.
