The Belimo CMB24-3-T is an on/off, floating point, non-spring return, 24V damper actuator that provides a 18in-lb torque minimum.
The Belimo CM damper actuator is the perfect option for limited spaced with its compact and flat design. This damper actuator is designed for new construction, retrofit, residential and OEM markets. The CM includes a universal clamp, a single one screw anti-rotational bracket and adjustable end stops.
