The Braeburn 1220NC is a compact, builder-series non-programmable thermostat that gives simple set-it-and-forget-it control for 2 heat / 1 cool systems. It covers multi-stage conventional or heat pump setups with a bright backlit display, dual power options, and built-in limits and protection features that make installs and callbacks easier to manage.

Separate O and B terminals support heat pumps with either cool-active or heat-active reversing valves.
Aux Heat Indicator And ESD Guard

Fahrenheit/Celsius Switch And Branding Options
