The Cooper Atkins 50334 K is a high quality DuraNeedle™ thermocouple temperature probe designed for precise temperature measurement in commercial kitchen, foodservice, laboratory, and industrial environments. Featuring a rugged Type K thermocouple sensor, this probe offers a wide working range from 100 °F to 500 °F ( 73 °C to 260 °C), making it suitable for many general purpose temperature monitoring tasks. Its 4″ (102 mm) welded DuraNeedle tip and .085″ (2.2 mm) fine point deliver fast, accurate readings — ideal for insertion into products or environments where quick response is needed. The probe’s 34″ (864 mm) fluor elastomer (Vitron®) cable is reinforced for durability and flexibility, and includes a straight cable design compatible with most thermocouple thermometers.
