The Fireye MEP560 is a MicroM series programmer module engineered for industrial and commercial burner management systems, delivering reliable ignition sequencing and continuous flame monitoring. It governs the full operating sequence of the burner system — including purge timing, ignition trial, and shutdown procedures — to ensure safe and consistent combustion performance.
With a selectable 10-second trial-for-ignition (TFI) and configurable purge times, the MEP560 provides the flexibility needed across a wide range of combustion applications. A built-in run-check switch allows technicians to verify pilot flame stability during commissioning and troubleshooting, reducing downtime and simplifying setup. Compatible with Fireye MEC120 and MEC230 chassis, this module supports both recycle and non-recycle operation modes, making it well-suited for boilers, furnaces, and process heating equipment.
