Description
The Honeywell Home F100F1620/U is a whole-house media air cleaner that captures a significant amount of airborne particles from the air circulating through your HVAC system — recommended as the basic minimum air quality solution for any home. This high-efficiency unit captures particles as small as 0.3 microns with its included MERV 11 media filter (32% E1, 72% E2, 96% E3 efficiency per ASHRAE 52.2-1999), helping reduce dust, pollen, pet dander, and other airborne contaminants throughout the home. The complete kit includes the cabinet, access door, and MERV 11 filter — everything needed for a full installation. Applicable to all gas, oil, and electric forced-air furnaces and to compressor cooling systems up to 5 tons, the F100F1620/U mounts in the return air duct in any position with no electrical connections required. The rugged zinc-coated, roll-formed cabinet resists corrosion and is sturdy enough to support the weight of a residential furnace and evaporator coil. Designed for easy media filter replacement and simple future upgrade to higher-performing media or electronic air cleaners. UL Listed (UL900, Class 2). 16″ x 20″ nominal size.
