Description
The iO HVAC Controls iO-WWR240 is a 240-volt voltage monitoring relay designed as a core security component of the iO-WW Hardwired Warning Watchdog alarm system. Built to protect outdoor HVAC condensing units from theft and vandalism, this relay continuously monitors power at the compressor contactor and triggers an alarm the moment voltage is lost or the disconnect is pulled.
Features:
- 240V Voltage Monitoring – Connects directly to the line side of the compressor contactor to detect power loss or tampering in real time
- Normally Open (N.O.) Contact Output – Relay contacts open upon loss of voltage, triggering the alarm loop instantly
- 3-Phase Compatible – Can be connected to any two phases on three-phase systems for flexible installation
- Series Loop Wiring – Wires in series with additional monitoring devices (tamper switches, pressure controls) for a fully integrated security loop
- Standard 18-Gauge Thermostat Wire Compatible – Simple low-voltage wiring keeps installation straightforward for HVAC technicians
