The LeakSmart Snap-On Valve Controller helps protect your home from water damage by automatically turning off your water if a leak is detected. It snaps onto your main water valve without tools, making it easy to install—no plumber needed.
The LS8852000 clamps over an existing ball or gate valve (¾″ or 1″) and turns it automatically—no cutting pipe, no tools, and it can mount at any angle. This valve controller requires a leakSMART® hub and leak sensors to close the water main when a leak is detected. A built-in battery backup keeps protection running during power or internet outages, and an automatic 22-day cleaning cycle exercises the valve to prevent mineral buildup.
