The Maxitrol 325‑3L‑1/2 with factory‑installed 12A09 vent limiter is a robust, high-precision line pressure regulator designed for 2 PSIG indoor piping systems. Its 1/2″ NPT connections make it ideal for many residential and light commercial gas piping setups. Engineered to reliably regulate gas pressure between 7 and 11 inches of water column (W.C.), this regulator supports individual appliance demands up to 140,000 BTU/hr and combined loads up to 250,000 BTU/hr.
