Application
The 369-MV is designed for use on steam boilers where millivolt-based burner control systems are employed. It mounts directly to the boiler via a 2-1/2″ NPT tapping and continuously monitors water level. Should the water level fall below the safe threshold, the millivolt switch opens the circuit, cutting off the burner to prevent dry-fire damage. Once water level is re-established, the control automatically resets — providing hands-free boiler protection.
Installation Notes
- Install on the side of the boiler at the proper low water level tapping
- Ensure system steam pressure does not exceed 20 PSI maximum rating
- Compatible with millivolt burner control circuits
- Refer to manufacturer installation instructions for proper wiring and mounting procedures
