Description
The Nu-Calgon iWave-C is a high-performance, self-cleaning needlepoint bi-polar ionization generator designed for commercial HVAC systems up to 12 tons (≈4,800 CFM). Mounted in the ductwork or air-handler (indoors or outdoors thanks to its waterproof housing), the iWave-C emits both positive and negative ions to actively treat supply air and coil surfaces, helping reduce bacteria, viruses, static, smoke, odors (pets, cooking, VOCs) and airborne particulates.
The unit includes a programmable self-cleaning cycle brush system and digital display for monitoring performance, along with a multi-voltage input (24 VAC to 240 VAC) for broad installation flexibility. With no regular bulb or filter changes required, it’s engineered to deliver long-term IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) benefits with minimal maintenance.
