The QEL 85930-017-018 smart sensor makes it easy to keep your hydrogen gas detectors accurate without replacing the entire transmitter. This plug-in, factory-calibrated module drops into existing Q5, B5, Q6, or B6 hydrogen detectors, restoring 0–100% LEL performance with just a quick swap and power-up.

Instead of pulling down complete units or sending devices out for service, techs can change the sensor assembly in the field by removing a few screws, installing the new module, and verifying calibration. The replacement module uses the same catalytic bead hydrogen sensing technology as the original device, so you maintain consistent response in battery rooms, hydrogen storage areas, or other combustible-gas applications.
