8-channel 4–20 mA sensor input module for the Q-Controller gas detection system
The QEL AI-BOX-0 lets you bring more field sensors into your Q-Controller so everything shows up on the same screen—gas transmitters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, temperature or humidity probes, and other 4–20 mA devices. Each module adds eight additional “sensor points,” so you can expand coverage without adding a separate PLC or data logger.
Designed for high-density signal measurement, the AI-BOX-0 is a good fit for parking garages, plants, and larger facilities where you want more data for alarms, fan control, and trending. Modules connect back to the Q-Controller over the same 2-wire RS-485 network you’re already using, which keeps wiring simple and lets you drop I/O where it makes the most sense.
A single Q-Controller can support up to 16 AI-BOX modules, giving you a total of 128 analog signals on one system—plenty of headroom for future expansion or extra monitoring points you decide to add later.
