Description
Remote LED & buzzer panel that mirrors M-Controller system status over RS-485
What is the M-Controller?
The M-Controller is a multi-channel controller and alarm unit that utilizes both digital and analog communications to interface with a maximum of 32 remote digital transmitter/sensors, and 8 analog transmitter/sensors. Common relay configurations include voting, averaging, delay on actuation and deactuation, normally/not-normally energized and latching.
What is the M-Annunciator?
The M-Annunciator installs away from the main M-Controller and provides clear LED and buzzer alerts for system states—Alarm, Warning, Fault—and includes a Power LED. It connects via RS-485 alongside other modules/sensors and is configured using the M-Controller keypad or M-View software. A front-facing Hush button silences the buzzer when pressed.
M-Annunciator Key Features
Instant Status Visibility, Anywhere
Four LEDs (Power, Fault, Warning, Alarm) reflect M-Controller states remotely, so staff don’t need to check the main panel.
Customizable Audio Alerts
The piezo buzzer uses distinct patterns (continuous, double-tap, chirp). DIP switches let you enable/disable tones and set alarm durations.
Easy Acknowledgment
The front Hush button mutes the buzzer. If issues continue or new ones arise, it sounds again.
Simple to Network
Connects to the RS-485 loop. DIP switches assign the address, and the M-Controller maps it like an M-Relay for event signaling.
Designed for Safety Zones
Ideal for installation at security desks, loading docks, or mechanical rooms where people need to see and hear warnings immediately.
