The iO HVAC Controls RD Series Retro Damper makes it easy to quickly add zoning to an existing duct system, offering a low-cost alternative to pneumatic systems that require special plastic tubing and pumps. The damper uses standard thermostat wire and is compatible with most zone control panels, simplifying retrofit installations. Constructed of 18-gauge steel, the RD damper is equipped with a Belimo actuator for reliable 24VAC, 2.5VA, 3-wire power open/power close operation with a 60-second timing cycle. Installation is streamlined with an included self-adhesive drilling/mounting template and screws, helping resolve tight space issues while saving installation time and labor.
