Description
The Watts F163803 is a 3/4″ LLL40XL-5 Bronze Automatic Reseating Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve engineered to provide dependable overpressure and overtemperature protection for residential and light commercial water heaters and storage tanks. Built with a durable bronze body, this valve is designed to open automatically when system pressure exceeds 150 psi or water temperature surpasses 210°F, then reseat itself once safe operating conditions are restored — eliminating the need for manual intervention after an event.
The valve ships complete with a 5″ coated thermostat probe for accurate immersion temperature sensing, and includes a discharge line flood sensor to alert users to unwanted valve discharge at the drain line — a valuable feature for leak detection and system monitoring.
