Was looking to replace my thermostat and had several questions and both times when I called in I spoke with two different persons and both of them were very helpful. If they did’nt have answer they were able to direct me in the right direction to someone who could.
Called my order in on Monday and Wednesday of the same week I had the part in my hand. (no rush freight) and I live three states away. I don’t receive that type of service in my own state.
Thermostat came in with no damage and was as advertised.
