Products are returnable up to one year after purchase date and must be returned in the original packaging with all shrink wrap and seals unbroken, if applicable. The correct label must also be included with your return. Returned items must be new or unused, unless defective. We require notification of a defective product within 30 days. Returned items deemed used and not defective or not in the original packaging may be denied a return. Incorrect products mistakenly shipped are suitable for return. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the order after the item has arrived at the Jackson Systems Warehouse.
There is no restocking fee for the first 90 days. A 15% restocking fee will be applied after 90 days.
A restocking fee may also be applied if the item is not returned in the item’s original packaging or is deemed used.
Jackson Systems will pay for return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or we’ve mistakenly shipped you the wrong product. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping if the item is no longer needed or the wrong product has been ordered. Return shipping will be deducted from the product refund.
Any product listed and purchased as a clearance or refurbished item will not be returnable.
HVAC Equipment manufactured by Oxbox are not able to be returned, but do come with a limited warranty.
To receive a return label, you must submit a return request through the form below or by visiting your orders in your account. You will need to have your order number and zip code to find your order. Please attach the label to the original packaging with all items included. Returns will be inspected upon arrival to the Jackson Systems Warehouse.
