Description
The ASCO K3A562V is a 1 inch, 2 way normally closed (N/C) solenoid gas shut off valve designed for commercial and light industrial combustion applications. It operates at 120 V AC and is used to provide positive shut off of pilot or main gas lines in systems such as gas burners, furnaces, boilers, and HVAC equipment. The valve body is made from die cast aluminum for strength and corrosion resistance. It includes 1/8 inch NPT upstream and downstream test ports for routine maintenance and safety verification. The valve is capable of handling high flow rates (Cv around 14) and supports service up to approximately 1.5 psi differential pressure.
