The Braeburn 4030 is a universal programmable thermostat with a dry contact input, built for 2H/1C jobs that need a little more control than a basic wall stat. It’s a good fit for light commercial or higher-end residential projects where you want scheduling, remote sensing, and simple occupancy/condensate monitoring without jumping to a full BAS.
