The Browning 1VL40X1/2 CLEAR PK is a single-groove variable pitch sheave designed for light-duty belt drive systems commonly used in HVAC equipment, fans, and small machinery. Manufactured by Regal Rexnord, this cast iron sheave features a finished 1/2-inch bore and a 3.75-inch outside diameter for compact drive configurations. The adjustable pitch design allows technicians to fine-tune belt speed and system performance without changing pulleys. Designed for 3L, 4L, A, 5L, or B section belts, the Browning VL-series sheave supports applications up to approximately 5 horsepower where precise speed adjustment is required.
